Q: Can I change or cancel my order? Change my delivery address?

A: If you've changed your mind, get in touch via the 'Contact Us' page right away and we'll do our best to halt it in it's tracks. If it's already dispatched, you can follow our returns policy.

 

Q: What's your returns policy?

A: Returns are fine as long as the goods are in original condition, unopened and unbroken. We do not refund shipping costs and you'll have to pay return shipping.

 

Q: What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

Please get in contact via the 'Contact Us' page and let us make it right. 

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders will be processed within 3 business days and you'll receive notification on dispatch. Some products are made to order and will have longer processing times.

Q: Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?

A: Some products ship direct from the manufacturer, so if you purchase multiple brands, they may arrive in different shipments.
